My suggestion to you would be to try cutting out wheat COMPLETELY for a month.... If you re-introduce it and any of your symptoms return..... You will know you are intolerant!

I gave up wheat 3 years ago... I am an "O" blood type, I get mild tummy pains straight away these days if I do eat any wheat... So I prefer to avoid foods containing gluten.
