Shipping

All items will be posted by first class recorded mail service and a signature will be required on delivery.

Physical Products:

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item I will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as I am unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to me unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. I do not take responsability for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, I am unable to refund any purchases.

Service Products (tickets, events, experiences):

I will refund the total cost of your purchase as long as:

  1. You cancel within 14 days of purchase.

  2. The date of the event and/or experience is more than 14 days away from date of cancellation.

I am unable to offer refunds for cancellations received outside of these 2 conditions.

I am unable to issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
